Shipping Policy : deshbideshbengalsaree.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost except COD orders.
Shipping Charge Fully Depend on the Packinging (W X H X L) and Weight of the product and your delivery address.
We have a customer friendly Cancellation and Refund policy.
Cancellation Policy :
1)If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount .
2) If you cancel the order after it is shipped the shipping charges would be non refundable.
3) If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement : In case there are defects found in the product, you can return it to us and the shipping charges including the reverse shipping charges will be borne by us. We may request you to send us a snapshot of the defect at support@deshbideshbengalsaree.com Or Whatsapp 7001192874 or Use chat with us option in our website
4) If you do not like the product, do let us know within 24-48 hours by raising a return or exchange request .
5) Desh Bidesh cancel your order if Product Out Of Stock , Price error or system Issue . if cancel order you can check your order status on tracking page .
Return Policy:
1) If you do not like the product, you will have to inform us within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the product, by raising a return request through mail or whatsapp support@deshbideshbengalsaree.com or whatsapp : 7001192874
2)You would receive an approval mail from us within 24 hours.
3) pick up would be arranged for the same, and you would be sent a label to be attached on the package that has to be picked up.

4) Products have to be well packed with your order number and name on the package or inside the package.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at support@deshbideshbengalsaree.com mentioning your Order ID.
5)We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Items without the original tags will not be accepted
Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when the product is picked up.
6) No return and exchange request would be accepted at all, if the return/exchange request is raised after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Shipping and COD charges are non refundable.
7) Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received.
It usually takes us 10 days to receive the product, would appreciate your patience in this case.
You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.
8) Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR only would be refunded for reverse shipping .
